Our Contract with you

We like to assist customers in making the right decisions and advise accordingly. However people are like the weather - changeable! Therefore providing changes are made prior to build (subject to contract) you will probably find these can be accommodated. However once build has commenced any changes requested by the customer may be subject to additional costs; so we try to encourage customers to 'get it right first time'!

Warranties

We take pride in offering complete customer support for our narrowboats. We fit them out and know best how to fix problems that may arise. All our work carries a one year warranty. Specific manufacturers warranties apply where parts have been bought in and used. e.g. engine, pumps, heating equipment etc.
